During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. juta9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. juta9 staff will never request your password.
Account registration and use is for your personal entertainment only. Use of the juta9 Platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any form of professional gambling scheme is prohibited.
All financial transactions on the juta9 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). juta9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which juta9 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits: Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit is RM10 for e-wallet methods and RM20–RM30 for online banking transfers. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider.

Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your juta9 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned and the Account reviewed.
